Who we are

Communication that connects.

We help government agencies, brands, and organizations pinpoint their audience, refine the message, and connect through storytelling.

Every project we touch gets the same thing. A clear story, a real strategy, and work that holds up long after the camera stops rolling. No fluff, no filler, no outsourced creative that feels off-brand the minute it ships.

Accessibility

Built in, not bolted on.

We are actively expanding our work with the Deaf and hard of hearing community because inclusive storytelling is not just a service offering. It is part of how we think about audience and reach. If your organization serves or represents this community, we want to hear from you.

We believe great storytelling only works if everyone can access it. That means we build ADA compliance into our process from the start, not as a revision at the end. Captions, transcripts, readable layouts, and American Sign Language interpretation are available across our video services.

Government Contracting

Built for public-sector work.

We supplement your in-house team, not replace it. Seer handles the pieces that need a dedicated production crew, program and community impact documentation, public communications, how-it-works explainers, event coverage, and multilingual outreach, delivered on time and on brand. We work with local government, CRAs, public authorities, and civic organizations across Central Florida.

Recognized on the record. In a Q1 2026 budget presentation to the Orange County Board of County Commissioners, the Executive Director of the OBT Development Board named Seer Productions by name.

Active relationship with the OBT CRA corridor and its grantees: corridor documentation, grantee training, and aerial coverage across the MSTU, CRA, and surrounding districts.

How it works

Three phases. One clear path from brief to ship.

No mystery, no padded retainers. Every engagement moves through the same three phases, so you always know where the work is and what comes next.

01
Phase 1: Discovery

Listen first. Build later.

We start with a kickoff that digs into the audience, the message, the constraints, and the stakes. Deliverables, timelines, and decision-makers locked before a single camera moves.

  • Audience + goal alignment
  • Message architecture
  • Budget + timeline scoped
  • Approval workflow mapped
02
Phase 2: Craft

Make the work.

Production, design, and editorial run in parallel with clear review gates. You see dailies, rough cuts, design comps, and copy drafts at the same points every time, so revisions stay focused and nothing spirals.

  • Production + capture
  • Design + editorial
  • Rough cut + comp review
  • ADA + accessibility pass
03
Phase 3: Deliver

Ship it. Support it.

Final files in the formats you actually need, plus distribution guidance for where the work lives next. Captions, tagged PDFs, and platform-ready cuts included, not bolted on.

  • Broadcast + web masters
  • ADA captions + transcripts
  • Platform-ready cuts
  • Distribution playbook
Accessibility, built in

Every story, made for everyone.

We build to ADA standards from kickoff. American Sign Language interpretation and Spanish-language, bilingual delivery are available across our video work, and we're proud to keep building with the Deaf and hard of hearing community, on projects made with them and for them.

Founder · Creative Art Director · Executive Producer

Stefen founded Seer Productions ten years ago with a simple idea: communication should connect, not confuse. Since then, he's directed and produced work for national brands, state and municipal governments, hospitals, utilities, law enforcement, and community organizations doing the work that changes neighborhoods.

Every Seer project runs through his creative direction. No subcontracted storytelling, no outsourced strategy. If the name Seer is on it, Stefen has touched it.
