A Community's Stride

Event Campaign
Print + digital
August 2023

When Rollin' & Strollin' hit the streets of Parramore, the brand went with it. Seer designed the full event campaign: the recap feature, safety statistic callouts, and testimonial cards that kept the story moving after the day ended.

Goal

Carry the Rollin' & Strollin' brand through its first community event, with campaign graphics that inform, celebrate, and keep working after the event ends.

Background & Challenge

After we built the Rollin' & Strollin' brand, OBTNext took the initiative to the street: a community safety day in Orlando's Parramore neighborhood with bike giveaways, helmet fittings, and hands-on lessons from the Orange County Sheriff's Department and Fire Rescue.

The event needed more than a flyer. OBTNext wanted to pair the celebration with the data behind it, Florida's pedestrian and bicycle crash numbers, and connect residents to the state programs working on the problem. That meant a campaign package that could hold statistics, partner agencies, resident stories, and event energy in one coherent visual system.

Seer Solution

We designed the full event feature as a long-form layout built on the brand system: the title treatment and chevron motifs, an editorial recap of the day, and a statistics section that turns FLHSMV crash data into six icon-driven callouts you can read at a glance.

The package also included a resource section presenting FDOT, NHTSA, and FLHSMV safety programs in plain language, and a set of six testimonial cards featuring residents and organizers from the event, formatted for video thumbnails and social sharing.

Results

OBTNext published the feature across its blog and channels, and the testimonial cards gave the event a second life on social media. The campaign turned one Saturday in Parramore into a lasting piece of the initiative's story, with the safety data to back it up.

It also proved out the brand system: every piece came straight from the guidelines, and it all reads unmistakably as Rollin' & Strollin'.
