Orange Blossom Trail From Above

Aerial / Drone Video
Corridor Documentation
February to April 2026

A sunrise-to-midday drone shoot of South Orlando's Orange Blossom Trail, turned into a 4K aerial library, a homepage background video and a highlight reel the corridor can keep using.

Goal

Capture the Orange Blossom Trail corridor from above in 4K so the Development Board has current aerial footage of its MSTU, CRA and Safe Neighborhood areas for its website, presentations and public outreach.

Background & Challenge

The OBTNext Development Board tells the story of a corridor that is changing block by block: new businesses, upgraded intersections, lots waiting for development. Ground-level video shows the storefronts. It can't show how the pieces connect, where the corridor meets the highways and downtown, or how much ground the Board's programs actually cover. The Board needed current aerial footage it could use across its new website, board presentations and community materials.

Seer Solution

Seer Productions planned and flew the corridor on February 8, 2026, starting at sunrise over Camping World Stadium and working south along Orange Blossom Trail through mid-morning. Each flight started with an airspace check. The crew captured 20 4K flights, about 53 minutes of footage: centered pushes down the corridor, highway overpasses and interchanges, busy intersections, lakes along the trail, development parcels and the downtown skyline.

Seer also flew aerials during the OBTNext grantee shoots: downtown at golden hour during The Dirt Master shoot in February, Sil's Woodworks in March (including a flight through the front door into the renovated office), and Plywood Express truck loading in April.

In the edit, every clip was scanned for camera motion so only smooth, stable stretches made the cut. The footage became a seamless looping background video for the homepage of the Board's redesigned website, and a highlight reel cut to an original score.

Results

The project produced a 4K aerial library of the corridor that can serve for years: website headers, presentation openers, social posts and before-and-after comparisons as projects are completed. The homepage loop was built to the website's exact format and checked on phones and wide desktop screens. The same footage now powers Seer's aerial reel, cut in four versions for government, construction and business audiences.
